- Air Conditioner (AC) repair, installation, and maintenance
- Washing Machine repair for all types and brands
- Microwave oven repair and component replacement
- Refrigerator repair and cooling system maintenance
- Emergency repair services
- Regular maintenance and servicing
2.2 Service Area
Our services are available throughout Mysore, Karnataka. Service availability in specific areas may vary based on technician availability and geographical accessibility.
2.3 Service Hours
- Regular Service: Monday - Saturday (9:00 AM - 8:00 PM), Sunday (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Emergency Service: Available 24/7 (additional charges apply)

3.2 Appointment Confirmation
All appointments are subject to technician availability and will be confirmed within 30 minutes of your request during business hours. Emergency services will be prioritized based on urgency and availability.
3.3 Rescheduling and Cancellation
- Customers may reschedule appointments with at least 2 hours advance notice
- Same-day cancellations may incur inspection charges if technician has already departed
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Service Charges
- Inspection Fee: ₹199 (adjustable from total bill if repair is completed)
- Basic Repair: Starting from ₹799 (includes parts worth ₹200)
- Major Repair: Starting from ₹1,999 (parts charged separately)
- Emergency Service: Additional charges apply for 24/7 service
4.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers
- Invoice will be provided for all services
- Parts and components are charged at actual cost plus reasonable markup
4.3 Pricing Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, confirmed appointments will honor the quoted price for that specific service.
5. Warranty and Guarantees
5.1 Service Warranty
- 30-day warranty on all repair work performed
- Warranty covers the specific repair work, not the entire appliance
- Warranty is void if appliance is tampered with by unauthorized personnel
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse
5.2 Parts Warranty
- Genuine parts come with manufacturer warranty
- Compatible parts carry 6-month warranty from installation date
- Parts warranty covers manufacturing defects only
5.3 Warranty Claims
To claim warranty service, contact us with your service invoice number. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and are subject to inspection.
6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1 Access and Safety
- Provide safe and adequate access to appliances
- Ensure electrical power supply and water supply if required
- Remove personal items from work area
- Inform about any specific safety concerns or hazards
6.2 Information Accuracy
- Provide accurate appliance information and problem description
- Share complete service history if available
- Inform about any previous repair attempts
- Provide correct contact information and address
6.3 Payment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for timely payment as per agreed terms. Unpaid bills may result in suspension of warranty services.
7. Limitations and Disclaimers
7.1 Service Limitations
- We cannot guarantee successful repair of severely damaged appliances
- Some vintage or discontinued models may have limited parts availability
- Repair feasibility depends on cost-effectiveness and technical viability
- We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons
7.2 Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Data loss from electronic appliances
- Damage due to pre-existing conditions not disclosed
- Issues arising from customer misuse or negligence
7.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
